The activities of the Ethics Committee for Scientific Research of the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University are organized according to the Dean's Order No. (1.1 E) 150000-DV-34, approving the Regulations of the Ethics Committee for Scientific Research of the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University.

Frequency of Ethics Committee Meetings 

Ethics Committee meetings are held in the first half of each month (i.e., until the 15th day) during the academic year.

Documents submitted by the 5th day of the month will be considered at the Ethics Committee meeting of the same month. Documents submitted after the 6th day will be considered at the next month's Ethics Committee meeting.

Documents Submitted to the Ethics Committee 

Research protocol and its appendices, as the research instrument, and, if necessary, permission to use the research instrument or the informed consent form.
