The activities of the Ethics Committee for Scientific Research of the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University are organized according to the Dean's Order No. (1.1 E) 150000-DV-34, approving the Regulations of the Ethics Committee for Scientific Research of the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University.

Frequency of Ethics Committee Meetings
Meetings are held once a month, except during study leave holidays.
The documents submitted shall be examined and the approval of the Committee shall be given no later than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of all duly completed documents.

Research protocol and its appendices, as the research instrument, and, if necessary, permission to use the research instrument or the informed consent form.
