By the decision of the Council of the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University on September 12, 2025, the name of the Department of Nursing was changed. From now on, this unit operating within the Institute of Health Sciences, which does not have the rights of an administrative unit, will be called the Department of Midwifery and Nursing.
