The Faculty of Medicine invites students to apply for compensation through the VU MF Student Mobility Fund.
If you are a student at the Faculty of Medicine, and plan to present your research at an international event organized by a biomedical specialist organization, you are encouraged to apply for compensation through the VU MF Student Mobility Fund. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your research on an international stage and actively represent the Faculty in the scientific community.
Expenses can be reimbursed from the VU MF Student Mobility Fund when all of the following criteria are met:
- The presentation is delivered at an international event organized by a biomedical specialist organization;
- There is clear and justified evidence of active and visible representation of the Faculty in the field of research;
- The student is the presenting author;
- The student has not received funding from the Student Mobility Funding the past calendar year.
Applications can be submitted until November 30, 2025 (inclusive). The maximum amount of compensation available is 500 EUR.
