SaFe 2.0” Study – Working Conditions of Young Physicians in the Baltic States
Dear Colleagues,
I would like to invite you to participate in my survey, which is conducted as part of my doctoral dissertation. The study is part of the “SaFe 2.0” project, carried out by the Institute for Patient Safety (IfPS) at the University Hospital Bonn, Germany, in collaboration with Riga Stradiņš University, the University of Latvia, the University of Tartu, and the medical universities of Vilnius and Kaunas.
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and addresses various aspects of working conditions for physicians, including job satisfaction, professional motivation, psychological safety, patient safety, and intention to leave the profession. At the end of the questionnaire, there is a brief personality assessment section.
Participation in the study is entirely voluntary and anonymous. Data is collected exclusively by IfPS Bonn and will be used for statistical analysis for research and educational purposes.
