On November 4, 2025, the Student Research Network (SRN) Fair, organized by the Student Representative Office of the Vilnius University (VU) Faculty of Medicine (MF), took place at the VU Medical Science Center. The event, which has already become traditional, was attended by students and members of the faculty community.
At 32 thematic stands representing SRN clubs, guests of the fair were invited to check and deepen their knowledge, get acquainted, and find like-minded people for future scientific research.
According to the organizers of the event, Urtė Žakarytė, Research Specialist of the VU MF Science and Innovation Department, and Agata Bruzgul, Chair of the Student Representative Office at the Faculty of Medicine, this year many students gathered at the fair and were able to communicate with representatives of their fields of interest, try out the most interesting activities in practice, and learn more about the possibilities of conducting scientific research.

"It is great to see how creatively the group coordinators and leaders prepared for the fair. During the event, students were able to try out a polytrauma simulation through virtual reality glasses, try surgical suturing, conduct various tests, and get acquainted with different diseases. We hope that these experiences will inspire students to actively engage in scientific activities, and we look forward to seeing them at the spring SRN conference," said U. Žakarytė.
