The first stage of admissions to Master’s degree programmes at Vilnius University (VU) is open. Applications can be submitted until 30 June.

VU offers the widest range of Master’s programmes in Lithuania. This year, applicants can choose from 56 programmes tought in English. The Faculty of Medicine invites applications to the Systems Biology Master’s degree programme.

Master’s studies at Vilnius University not only help students deepen their expertise in a chosen field but also enhance their career prospects. According to the national ranking of educational and higher education institutions published by Reitingai magazine, Vilnius University is the university most highly valued by employers in Lithuania.

Many of VU’s Master’s programmes are delivered through evening classes or block-study schedules, making them convenient to combine with professional and personal commitments. Prospective Master’s students also have the opportunity to study at some of the world’s top 100 universities through bilateral exchange agreements or the Erasmus+ programme. In addition, VU students, whether studying in state-funded places or paying tuition fees themselves, may apply for a variety of scholarships.
